Welcome to Fishing Buoy 10. By using this website, submitting a trip request, paying a deposit, or participating in a fishing trip, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

HI THERE

Welcome to our Terms and Conditions! These boxes aren’t legally binding, you can use them as an aid for understanding the legal language.

1. Purpose of These Trips

Fishing Buoy 10 exists to provide guided Buoy 10 fishing experiences to families within our church community at no cost, apart from a refundable trip deposit intended to help reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

2. Trip Requests & Availability

Submitting a trip request does not guarantee a trip date or reservation.

Trips are limited and are scheduled based on availability, weather conditions, fishing conditions, safety considerations, and overall logistics.

Fishing Buoy 10 reserves the right to approve, decline, reschedule, shorten, or cancel trips at its discretion.

3. Deposits

All trips require a refundable deposit in order to confirm participation.

Deposits are intended to help ensure commitment due to the limited number of available trips each season.

Deposit terms, refund eligibility, and cancellation timelines will be communicated separately at the time a trip is offered or scheduled.

Fishing Buoy 10 reserves the right to withhold deposits in situations involving late cancellations, no-shows, repeated scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances that significantly impact trip planning and availability for other families.

4. Weather, Water, & Fishing Conditions
